While a complete medical explanation of the process is beyond the scope of this calculator, the results are a reasonably close estimation. Many of our users report accuracy to be with 3 to 5 days. If you are uncertain as to the EXACT meanings of the questions, consult your doctor, a nurse or health care professional. Enter the date of the first day of your last period in the DD/MM/YYYY format, including the slashes. Then, enter the average length of your normal cycle and the average luteal cycle length. The normal ranges are 22 to 45 days and 9 to 16 days respectively while the defaults are 28 and 14 days; the accuracy of your information is important but if unsure, accept the averages, our defaults.
